About the Role
 
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will report to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and work alongside the marketing & communications, operational and IT teams to execute practitioner-focused campaigns. Your focus will be on driving and converting leads, as well as brand engagement across multiple channels.
 
Working remotely/virtually, you will manage end-to-end campaigns, from concept to execution across our brands, and in time, countries.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Work collaboratively alongside the wider team to manage marcomms campaigns and our CRM system
  • Ensure alignment with our brand at all touch points in the omni-channel experience
  • Report on campaign engagement, cost per lead, conversions, traffic, ROI and other key
  • metrics
  • Provide innovative content and suggest process improvements for enhanced customer UX
About you
 
You will bring 5+ years of digital marketing experience and have a passion for developing and executing acquisition strategies.
 
You are someone with a strong appetite for data and thrive on successfully executing digital campaigns end-to-end. You have your finger on the pulse of customer engagement trends and pride yourself on your excellent communication skills. Ability to create and edit in written, photo and video mediums (ie Canva) is essential.
 
To be successful, you will also be:
 
  • Personable and able to work cross-functionally with stakeholders of any level - a team player
  • Proactive and a proven self-starter, results driven
  • Experienced at management and optimisation of Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Confident at managing digital communities
  • Exceptionally good with Google Analytics, Ontraport (or equivalent CRM), customer segmentation and A/B testing functionalities
To be considered for this role, you must have your own home based freelance set-up including ABN and must be an Australian resident with appropriate work rights.
 
We are very proactive and social virtual team. Whilst our office is in Sydney, we welcome talented applicants from anywhere on the Eastern seaboard for this role. Experience in the health and wellness sector may be advantageous but is not essential.
