We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven HYPOXI Manager to join our team at HYPOXI Newtown. We're looking for passionate people who love coaching and helping others reach and achieve their health goals in a boutique health studio.
 
As a Studio Manager, you will support our business' journey by growing the Studio's clientele and profitability through supporting, encouraging and motivating our clients in reaching their weight loss goals.
 
So what does your role as a HYPOXI Studio Manager look like?
 
No two days are the exact same however a typical day would be...
 

• Business development and management of the HYPOXI studio ensuring monthly sales targets and profit margins are met
• Maximise sales opportunities through promotional campaigns, client referrals, and following up self-generated leads
• Leading a team of HYPOXI studio team members to maximise client growth (through acquisition, integration, and retention) in their Studio by ensuring new clients are provided with a positive experience/presentation that will motivate them to join and provide existing clients with inspiration to visit the studio regularly.
• Coaching all studio team members to ensure they are supported and empowered to achieve sales budgets and KPI's.
• Welcoming new clients, providing education about HYPOXI, and setting individual programs based on client's weight loss goals
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients during their weight loss journey
• Tracking client's progress and inspiring clients toward their weight loss goals

Skills and Experience
 

• Strong customer centric approach
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time skills

• Previous sales experience would be an advantage
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Diploma of Nutrition or similar qualification (desirable)
• Blue Card Working with Children (desirable)
