About the role
 
Vida Glow is on the hunt for a trainer with a background in nutrition to conduct informative training sessions to support the implementation of Vida Glow training strategies and processes specifically for the China market.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Schedule and organise workshops, face to face and online training sessions.
• Collaborate with sales team to conduct training and presentation, resellers core meetings and resellers recruitment drives.
• Prepare hard copy or soft copies training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
• Assist National Education Manager in the development of training assets (i.e. Edu-Videos, PPT, etc) when necessary.
• Responsible for uploading and keeping up to date of training content and assets on various ABM platforms
• Collate and report on resellers online engagement statistics to reflect training content effectiveness and suggest strategies for driving engagement.
• Ensure that online training contents are executed according to pre-determined cycle for each product launch and marketing campaign in China.
• Gather feedback from participants in the digital and interactive learning space to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
• Work within training budget guidelines.
• Travel – locally and internationally as required
• All training will be conducted in Mandarin only

• Tertiary education in health-related industries, such as nutrition, medicine, etc (Education in Australia preferred).
• 4-5 years product training experience, ideally in cross-border health industry. Sales experience will be highly favourable.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin. Good command in English.
• Good communication skill and ability to deliver complicated concepts accurately and succinctly. Ability to relate and connect well with audience.
• Willing to travel and work extra hours when needed.
• Flexible and strong ability to adapt to the company’s fast-growing needs and able to work under pressure.
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to produce multimedia content such as being confident in front of camera to produce video training materials.
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training materials.
• Critical thinking and ability to make effective decisions
