We are looking for a full or part-time Membership Consultant who is inspired to support women to take the first step in their health and fitness journey.
 
 
Someone who can listen, motivate and direct women towards the best path for them to achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals. A lover of chatting on the phone, engaging with people and celebrating the uniqueness of each individual member.
 
You will be driven to empower women to shine and have a positive attitude that thrives on meeting targets and delivering the best outcome for our members.
 
 
We are looking for someone who can:
 

• Passionately sell our Pilates Reformer, Gym and Personal Training packages to new members
• Confidently generate and manage new leads
• Assist existing members to upgrade to services that will achieve their goals
• Consistently hit targets
• Work within our team to achieve targets

 
We are adding to our team at Rockdale Pilates and Fernwood Rockdale as we expand into the next level of membership types and services.
 
 
The successful applicant will enjoy complimentary membership and staff rates on optional training sessions as well as a substantial commission structure.
 
This role can be combined with Pilates Instruction, Personal Training or stand-alone.
