We are looking for amazing studio managers wanting to flourish in the health & wellness space! FS8 is the new concept by F45 that launched nationally in April.
 
FS8 combines Pilates (mat & reformer), yoga and HIIT, into a new fitness format that will disrupt the industry, so if you have a passion for business management, building & nurturing customer relationships, marketing, business development and fitness then you need to apply!

Responsibilities
 

• Responsible for the management of the studio & it's staff
• Maintain and grow the total membership base to increase studio revenue month over month
• Responsible for membership acquisition and retention, including conducting referral/lead generation activities
• Manage studio budgets and maintain expenses
• Manage all class scheduling and trainer rostering
• Manage local area marketing / outreach and local social media platforms
• Promote an energetic environment and welcome members by name
• CRM Management (MindBody)
• Managing business to business and corporate partnerships

The successful candidate will have
 

• At least 2 years of Business / Administration Management experience
• Cert 3 / 4 certified, 200hr yoga or Pilates qualified is a must
• Marketing background highly desirable
• Must be extremely passionate about changing members lives and building a strong community
• Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
• Passionate about fitness and health
• Highly energetic and can build great rapport
• Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves!
