The role Reporting to the Founders at Dash, the Head of Sales will develop and execute overall sales and category strategy, take complete ownership of set financial objectives and oversee all new business as Dash builds its brand in Australia. With outstanding recent success, Dash plan to treble sales from over one million cans sold in 2021 to three million in 2022 in Australia, and to present their sustainable business approach to the 'better for you' market with the same level of interest and popularity they have attracted globally. The Head of Sales will drive new & existing business both Retail and Foodservice channels, overseeing all areas and customers, with an evident leadership style aligned to the resilience required working within an entrepreneurship style undertaking rapid growth. The right leader will have the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and be completely hands-on from the outset. The successful candidate will develop and manage all promotional, volume, and strategic business plans within the Foodservice and Grocery channels. Skills & Experience To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success within the beverage or food market. You will also have contacts and existing relationships with retailers in this sector. In addition, you will have a strategic mentality with a growth mindset. With a strong focus on customer service, the Head of Sales will have exceptional time management skills, have sound communication, presentation and negotiation skills. They will have experience in forecasting, promotional programs and business development across the retail and foodservice sector. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation set, be commercially savvy, results-driven and have the ability to plug and play. They will have a high level of resilience, drive, professionalism and the ability to think on their feet.
