The Role - Clinic & Wellness Manager
 
As a Clinic & Wellness Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of Clinic performance, growth  and operations. This encompasses supporting and enabling your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience to every client, driving efficiencies to achieve results and creating a positive team environment. As a leader, you believe in leading by example and enjoy being hands on and contributing to clinic results.
 
You will have ongoing training and support to help achieve great results and foster an empowering  team culture.
 

• Perform client treatments with state of the art, medical grade technology.
• Conduct client consultations
• Prescribe client treatment plans to best achieve the client's goals
• Provide guidance to maximise results
• Developing amazing relationships with the clients
• Achieving KPI targets which ensure the clients are receiving the complete service and experience they deserve
• Build a successful high performing team with a great atmosphere and culture
• Drive sales performance through exceptional customer service and coaching of your team by inspiring and leading them to be the best
• Coaching, developing an energetic and eager team
• Conduct performance meetings with your team, helping them grow, learn and strive for results
• Identifying any training needs
• Overseeing the implementation of a safe working environment
• Uphold the company uniform policy, ensuring adherence to standards of personal presentation

Beauty experience is preferred. However, experience or exposure within the wellness, nutrition or fitness industry would also be beneficial. Leadership and managerial experience would be ideal, but not essential.
