About us: We are a Personal Training Studio based in North Strathfield. We are best known for helping busy women lose weight and are on the lookout for the right person to join our team.

Rise Personal Training & Fitness was established to help our clients to lose weight, build strength and live bigger lives. We are rapidly growing and are looking to take on the right PT’s.
 
Joining the Rise PT team is rewarding however, we give our clients 110% as that is exactly what we expect back from them in return. This results in them reaching their goals sooner, but it also adds to a sense of satisfaction we get from PT’ing here at Rise.
 
If you have a minimum of 6 months industry experience, a strong work ethic and are driven to help our clients achieve results, we want to hear from you!
 
Rise Personal Training & Fitness applicants must have the following:
 

• Cert IV in Fitness
• Current First Aid
• A genuine passion for personal development
• A demonstrative enthusiasm for training yourself, alongside an openness to learn from other fitness professionals
• Belief in the Rise Personal Training & Fitness method
• A team player - learning, training and laughing together
• Professional, able to follow our brand standards - while enjoying the freedom to program individualised training plans
• Authentic, humble and able to contribute towards an inspiring personal training studio

 
As a Rise Personal Trainer you will design nutrition and exercise programs that are individualised to our clients.
 
We are not your typical big box gym. We pride ourselves on individualised programming.
 
We are looking for the right trainers who want to be a part of something that makes a real difference in the lives of our clients.
