ROLE SUMMARY The IRONMAN Group develop, own and manage mass participation sporting events and is the world’s largest running, triathlon and mountain biking events company. The IRONMAN Group in Oceania has a diverse portfolio of events across a range of endurance categories, targeting over 180,000 athletes annually across 27 events. Working within the IRONMAN Oceania Team, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing & promotional plans to help drive entries of participant numbers and increase the profile of your portfolio of events. You will also oversee the delivery of IRONMAN Athlete Development Programs that help drive loyalty and registrations, including TriClub Program, First Timer Programs, Women for Tri and All World Athlete (AWA) Program as well as being responsible for developing a CRM strategy for your portfolio of events that builds an informed, engaged and loyal customer base.
