The Role
 
Due to the ongoing success and development of our business, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our leadership team. Your primary focus will be ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and the development of our staff, ensuring high quality service provision onsite, quarterly return on investment reporting and seeking opportunities to extend our services to existing clients. This is a National role and quarterly interstate travel will be required, You will report directly to our Head of Injury Prevention and will play an integral role in developing our business.
 
Key responsibilities
 
You will have a background in health (preferably Occupational Health), experience managing client relationships and a proven ability to lead teams. You will also share our values and be honest, dependable and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Building and developing high level relationships
  • Ensuring exceptional and consistent level of  service at the sites you manage
  • Experience managing a team
  • Working with clients to identify growth opportunities across our business units
  • High level quarterly reporting and planning

Skills and Experience
 
  • Proven track record of managing high level client relationships / Account Management
  • Ability to work in an autonomous manner with high degrees of operational independence
  • Well developed written and verbal commercial communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience working in a consultative sales or service environment
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
  • Qualification in business or health desirable
