ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who loves having things organised, to support our global training & development team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, thrive in a small highly competent team environment, and has a high attention to detail. The role of Training Support Coordinator reports to the the Global Training & Development Director and Director of Operations, in overseeing all professional development across all spa properties. This person is also the vital link between spa managers, their teams our trainers and account managers. Responsibilities include communicating with account managers, trainers and directors to assist in identifying training needs, assist in mapping out development plans for teams, liaising with clients and the training team to schedule and coordinate training sessions online and in-person.
