The Role:

Sales across our four main training categories: Beginner yoga teaching, advanced yoga teaching, yoga retreats and weekend workshops.
Create, drive and manage sales plans to deliver sales growth and hit revenue targets.
Community management to educate, inspire and support prospective students.
Help each prospective student decide on the best education course for them.
Manage daily and weekly engagement with current students.
Deliver information sessions on zoom to demonstrate and explain the courses.
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing (to create new sales funnels) and Education Development (to plan future courses).
Collaborate with domestic and international partners to organise yoga retreats.
Record sales funnel actions within our CMS.
Track revenue and expenses per campaign and report to the General Manager.
Distribute educational material and graduation certificates to students.

About You

Minimum 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in exercise or personal development.
Previous experience with inbound and outbound sales strategies.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Enthusiastic, personable and able to build relationships quickly.
Fast learner and passionate to learn in depth about yoga teacher training courses.
Long term personal yoga practice / completed yoga teacher training - highly desirable (not essential).
Desire to inspire and influence others to create personal transformation.
