We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager for our Retail and Food Service segment. Reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing, this role is responsible for development, execution and management of the annual Retail marketing plan. The role is hands on and needs a ‘can do’ approach to all aspects of to the job.
 
What will you be required to deliver?
 

  • The development, execution and management of the annual Retail marketing plan
  • With strong experience you’ll also be able to operate strategically, commercially and at a hands-on level across the marketing mix
  • You will be tasked with the continued growth of this premium food brand and elevating the profile of the Birch & Waite brand within the Retail segment
  • You will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects within the dynamic Food Service segment.
  • You will also have responsibility for managing budgets and supporting the digital and social media platforms.
What will determine success in this role?
 
  • A love of food, understanding of food trends and a strong flair for premium food innovation
  • A strong base of commercial acumen and pragmatic approach to building premium brands
  • A strong ability to build relationships cross-functionally, with a high level of influence
  • Minimum 4-10 years’ experience in a Retail Brand Management environment
  • Exposure to the full marketing mix with end to end responsibility for innovation through to execution is essential
  • A high level of strategic thinking and agility
