This is a 100%, remote working role Australia wide.
 
As an EA to the CEO, you will be supporting the CEO and wider leadership team in administrative and project management duties as the core focus of your role.
 
You will be working daily with a high energy, entrepreneurial Founder and CEO, so you must be professional in all senses of the word, with the ability to keep up.
 
There will be a strong focus on providing a customer focused attitude to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring you are a people person who makes people feel valued at what they are contributing to the success of the company.
 
You will be efficient and organised and able to prepare, plan and execute the CEO and GM when relevant with information they require in a timely manner.
 
Research, meeting preparation, email/phone call correspondence, and diary management will all be part of your daily role; with an element of initiative, discretion, and confidentiality in certain matters as required.
 
Finally, you must be a passionate health & fitness enthusiast. It must be part of what you place as a high value within your life on a daily basis so that you culturally fit in with the CEO and leadership team.
 
Key responsibilities
 

  • Organise CEO and GM meetings with timely management of diary, invitations, and appointments.
  • Collate information to produce reports and presentations.
  • Ensure the coordination of relevant documentation for the CEO to review and successful delivery post leadership meetings.
  • Set up of and attendance to key CEO meetings, including creating agenda’s, minutes & following up on action items with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyse & improve business administrative processes to make best use of administrative function.
  • Handle correspondence directed to the CEO and GM when and where relevant.
  • Evolve and optimise the company filing and documentation system.
  • Travel arrangements & other duties as required.
  • Some out of hours worked where necessary may be required from time to time.
About you
 
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Tech industry or Start-up experience.
  • A natural ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Well-developed organisational & time management skills.
  • A keen attention to detail always.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong skills in all or some of the following technology platforms: Monday, ClickUp, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools required for operations and reporting needs.
