Little Bird PR is a progressive PR agency based in Sydney.  We represent an enviable roster of clients within the beauty, lifestyle and wellness sector and are looking for a fun, energetic and passionate full-time Account Manager to be part of our rapidly growing team.
 
An ideal candidate for this role is someone that has experience in a fast-paced agency environment.  We are a small team, so this is an amazing opportunity to work directly with the agency founder across all aspects of the business and across some of the worlds most coveted and internationally acclaimed beauty brands.  We are looking for someone that lives and breathes beauty, health and wellness like we do. Someone that loves working collaboratively, is informed, honest, reliable, connected, trusted and truly committed.
 
As a small business we never switch off, so we are looking for someone that has an always on mentality and someone that will go over and above for our clients. Essential for success in this role is being super organised, able to multi-task, keep to deadlines, have a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate confidently with strong written and verbal skills.
 
The role will include responding to media briefs, liaising with clients to ensure delivery on KPIs, as well as ad hoc planning and execution of events, influencer engagement programs, gifting suites and media relations programs.

Key responsibilities:
 
  • Providing direct support to the agency founder for overall running of Little Bird PR
  • Updating and maintaining media and influencer outreach lists
  • Coordinating media and influencer requests for press materials, samples and imagery
  • Managing and attending events when needed
  • Sharing creative ideas for events, creative mailers and campaigns
  • Booking and coordinating courier pick-ups and deliveries
  • Monthly reporting and editorial evaluations
Key skills required:
 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills especially Mac OS
  • Ability to multitask across multiple brands
  • Great organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with a roll your sleeves up, can do attitude
