Role responsibilities
 

• As a key member of the MYMC customer support team, you will have responsibility to oversee the nutritional support strategy within the MYMC customer service team.
• You will own and be responsible for all aspects of customer education through answering detailed customer queries through our online community and our portals. Your proactive, customer focused approach, will provide our customers with the best possible solutions and service, over the phone and online.
• Working cross-functionally, you will assist with guiding the nutritional content strategy through developing regular daily and weekly content for our customers to assist with educating them about how they can reach their nutritional goals.
• You will lead the project management and day-to-day management of health based initiatives and be able to successfully collaborate with teams of high performers across e-commerce, UX, marketing & design, communications, data & measurement, operations, new product development and finance functions at MYMC.
• With a resilient attitude, you will enjoy working within a dynamic and ever-changing environment and have a lively and enthusiastic approach, taking a positive, can-do attitude into everything you do.

Person specification
 

• Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Current membership as an Provisional/Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia
• Experience in facilitating client centred goals and structure interventions for goal attainment using online and telephone coaching methods.
• Understanding and consideration of commercial impacts of education programs and chronic disease management.
• Demonstrated understanding of SEO best practice when writing and developing online content
• Demonstrated project management skills where you have successfully worked within a cross functional team
• Excellent problem solving, outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
• Flexibility in approach and openness to new ideas.
• Growth mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity in a fast paced scale up environment, aligning behaviours to our Values.
• Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain.

Desirable
 

• Current membership as an Provisional/Accredited Sports Dietitian with Sport Dietitians Australia
• Experience working within an FMCG company
