We are seeking a sensational and vibrant Member Services Consultant that can contribute their drive, passion and energy to help promote the growth of our Bodyfit Club in Blacktown.
 
This is a Front of House role with shifts available between 5am - 12am. Its a great opportunity for anyone studying Fitness or completing studies at University.
 
 
 
Essential Criteria:
 

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Self-motivated
• On point time management skills
• Proactive attitude and drive to succeed
• Previous experience in Fitness or Sales are an advantage, however they are not essential

Duties will and can include:
 

• Meet and greet potential and existing members
• Assist all members with enquiries, check ins and membership requests
• Meet and exceed KPI's and targets
• Making outbound calls to new and prospective customers
• Providing a positive customer experience for existing and potential new members

 
 
The successful applicant will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support. You will be rewarded with a base wage + generous commission + free gym membership. Your total earnings are up to you!
