The Role.
 
Receptionist for both TOTAL Physiotherapy & THRIVE. This is a client facing role requiring excellent customer service and client care. Diary management for appointments and classes for 4 Physiotherapists / 1 Yoga Instructor Develop excellent client relationships with patients and referrers. Ensure the smooth and organised running clinics including equipment and premises maintenance (also including general cleaning) Balance daily takings and banking Stock management and ordering
The position is full time - Monday & Tuesday Evenings (4:30pm - 7:30pm) and Long Days on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8am - 7:30pm)
 
Experience.
 

• 3 years+ experience in a customer service role.
• Ideally experience in a health care practice using the likes of Hicaps, practice management software such as nookal, mindbody, private health insurance, Medicare, NDIS and Workcover Billing.
• Presentable, friendly and exceptionally organised
• This is a health facility and as such applicant must be fully vaccinated
