OsteoStrong is an international Health & Wellness organisation specialising in bone and muscle density. Our unique system allows individuals of almost any age and level of physical conditioning to improve bone density, strength and balance; reduce fall & fracture risk; reduce back and joint pain and enhance athletic performance.  
 
We opened our latest centre in Manly back in October, this is our 7th site in Australia. Due to sustained growth are keen to appoint an additional 'Session Coach' in Manly to support and encourage our members in using our specialist osteogenic loading equipment.
 
We have created a fun and upbeat environment and we are looking for like minded people to join us to continue the growth of this new site.
 
About the role
 

• Be the Ambassador of the brand & one of the first points of contact for all that enter the centre.
• Delight & Guide – Leading the innovation & Development of the client experience within the centre.
• Provide motivation, coaching & counsel where appropriate to the staff & management.
• Client Coach – being able to guide the members on all elements of the operation who come in & experience the Osteostrong difference.

• Base salary + superannuation, commensurate with experience.
• A week long intensive training program is provided off-site to get you to expert level on OsteoStrong equipment, coaching, and client engagement best practice. This takes place on site at our Aus/NZ head office in Melbourne.

Skills and experience
 

• Experience in a fitness or health related coaching role.
• Highly desirable to have physical fitness or Applied Science certification.
• Motivational Skills; Strong Communication Skills; Multitasking; Problem Solving Skills; Creativity; Performance Management; Ability to Foster Teamwork; Organisation; Ability to Educate Others; Basic Computer Skills; Attention to Detail
