Bionik Wellness is a beautiful wellness space with clinics opening throughout Sydney and Australia. This role is a great opportunity for experienced and reliable front of house candidates with a focus on wellness to join our team.
 
The role will involve:
 
Explain treatment protocol, duration, and benefits, pricing, and company policies
 
Ensure customer treatment is executed as per the training and treatment best practice.
 
Upsell sessions and memberships and:
 

• Welcome customers into the practice, collect all relevant information and ensure they are ready for their appointment
• Answer calls and respond to phone and email enquiries in an accurate, polite, and professional manner
• Manage customer appointment scheduling and cancellations
• Accurately process customer payments including health fund and Medicare services billing if applicable.
• Manage the practice facility in relation to presentation, hygiene and customer comfort
