About the role:  
 
As our operations lead, you’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate order production & manage day-to-day logistics with our 3PL providers.
 
Note this role is based in Sydney, but some interstate travel will be required.
 
You’ll be responsible for:
 

• Managing day-to-day operations (mix of hands-on and coordinating junior team members)
• Working closely with 3PL providers to improve the speed and quality of order production, including site visits
• Managing the relationship and performance of our shipping partners
• Continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and profitability of our operations
• Supporting, mentoring and growing our operations team
• Collaborating with the customer care team to drive improvements to our service and address customer pain points
• Tracking, monitoring and reporting on operational metrics, KPIs and SLAs
• Maintaining operational compliance and ensuring we adhere to regulatory requirements
• Developing new processes to support our growth & evolution, and managing changes throughout our supply chain
• Making our order to delivery experience the very best it can be

• You're a junior operations leader ready for a new challenge
• 2+ years experience managing daily operations (ecommerce or direct-to-consumer background is a plus)
• You have experience managing relationships with suppliers and 3rd party logistics providers
• You’re comfortable working with operational KPIs and reporting on performance
• You can identify, prioritise and deliver high value operational improvements
• You have genuine attention to detail
