Our business is expanding rapidly and we're excited to be offering this opportunity. This is the ideal role for someone who has recently completed their studies in naturopathy and looking to get a start in a busy practice. Working closely with the Practice Manager and Reception team, you'll be the face and heartbeat of our busy clinic. This role could also suit someone with previous clinic experience, or a savvy Corporate Receptionist EA/PA wanting to make the move into the wellness world. You'll work closely with the Naturopaths to ensure they have the support they need to deliver exceptional care to our clients. We're looking for someone who is confident and proactive in their attitude and approach. You'll be responsible for all client management including new and follow-up bookings, payments and processing, and collating of internal and external results,. This is a great opportunity to further develop your newly acquired skills and the opportunity to work closely with six successful practitioners. Essential skills required for the role.
