Senior Sales Consultant at World Gym Penrith
 
World Gym Penrith are currently seeking an energetic, high performing Sales consultant in a senior position to join our state of the art fitness club.

In this position you'll be selling the best product in the "WORLD" = FITNESS.
 
The successful applicant must have experience in a gym environment, the ability to work independently to generate leads, a fun and enticing approach to outreach, extensive knowledge and a real passion for health and fitness. You must be KPI and goal driven. The position requires the applicant to work flexible hours between 9am and 8pm weekdays and also be available on some Saturdays.
 
What will I be doing?
 
 
 
Reporting to the Club Manager, the key tasks include:
 

• Working in a high performing team of Membership Consultants
• Greeting and Interacting with Members
• Dealing with Enquires via Phone, Email & Social Media
• Prospecting, Touring, Closing & Getting Referrals
• Generating Leads & Sales
• Actively seek new business for the club
• Creating Brand Awareness within the Community
• Managing your own Appointments & Diary

Applicants must have:
 

• Exceptional Communications & Customer Service
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales role
• Experience in lead generation & Business to Business
• Experience in working to KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
• Exceptional Phone Manner & Admin Skills
• Previous experience working in a gym is preferred
• Flexible Full Time Working Hours
• A Positive and Energetic Personality
• Must be Passionate about Health and Fitness
