Our brand new Studio Pilates Zetland (opening mid June, 2022) is looking to appoint a passionate, energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultant on a permanent part-time basis.
 
Studio Pilates is Pilates reimagined, offering a new era of workouts that is vibrant, results driven and totally addictive. We are a global company, with franchises across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the USA. We focus on a fun and social place to work as we believe our team is our most important asset.
 
Reporting to the Studio Manager, as Sales Consultant you will:
 

• Spearhead and drive studio sales
• Manage local marketing campaigns
• Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
• Be confident to call unconverted leads on a daily basis and regularly contact both current and lapsed clients to increase studio client retention and sales

The perfect candidate for this role will:
 

• Have a genuine passion for sales
• Have a natural ability to connect with potential / existing clients and share your love for pilates
• Have previous customer service experience
• Have previous experience working with sales targets
• Be pro-active, energetic and have the ability to multi-task.

This is a very busy and fast-paced role that requires you to be organised, have great interpersonal skills and have the ability to think on your feet.
 
As Sales Consultant, you will enjoy the support of an amazing Studio Manager and Franchisee and work amongst an incredible team of Pilates instructors. You will receive a competitive hourly rate and a commission structure that will adequately reflect your efforts and success in achieving set sales targets. As a bonus, you will enjoy unlimited reformer Pilates classes at the Zetland Studio!
 
The successful candidate will ideally be available to work approximately 30-35 hours per week, from Monday-Friday (flexibility around this can be arranged for the right candidate). Commencement date will ideally be Monday 2 May, 2022.
