Recently acquired by Flavour Makers Pty Ltd, and now leading the charge under a new entity Powered by Plants Pty Ltd, PranaOn is on an exciting expansion path.
 
Working closely with the National Sales Manager, with the autonomy to bring new and creative ideas to the business, the successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and developing account strategies, promotional spend, range reviews, education and forecasting across their region.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Develop positive relationship with clients
• Work with other sales and operational staff to grow sales and market share
• Report weekly on sales activity and targets.
• Continually improve knowledge of company products and services and process improvement where required.
• educate and empower retail partners

Requirements
 
The successful candidate will have an extensive and successful track record in sales, who can set objectives and priorities, and develop customer strategies. Some interstate travel is required.
 

• A minimum of 2 years proven ability in Sales/Territory Management or Account Management with proven success in sales,  ideally in the health and wellness sector
• A strong customer service and customer relationship management orientation.
• High level verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, with an ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Excellent capability in analyzing data and sound ROI decision making
• Strong Microsoft suite software skills (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Current valid driver’s license
