All Hours Fitness located in Punchbowl is a Family owned Gym focussed on providing the best in health & fitness.
 
A brand new opportunity has become available within our frontline team for a passionate and motivated Membership Consultant. This role requires a strong customer service focus together with a passion to change peoples lives.
 
About the Role:
 

• Generate membership sales & pro-actively focus on member retention
• Achieve sales targets and budgets
• Assist members in their fitness journey
• Assist members with any enquiries
• Consult with prospective members by phone and in-person
• Set appointments & follow them up (enquiries/referrals)
• Assisting & contributing to marketing & social media content
• Maintaining general housekeeping of the gym
• Follow all processes & procedures
• Cover all aspects of Gym Operations, Sales & Front Desk

• Ability to meet sales goals for yourself and with your team
• Ability to provide a unique experience for each member
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Health and fitness passion (preferred, but not essential)
• Previous experience working in a Customer focussed environment
• Current Driver Licence (preferred, but not essential)
• Flexibility to work varied hours according to business needs. Must be available alternate weekends
