CLUB MANAGER Plus Fitness is one of Australia's fastest growing group of Gyms. As we grow we are continually looking for motivated, committed and passionate people to join our team. The position of Club Manager offers a broad range of structured support, ongoing training, professional development and career advancement opportunities. Plus Fitness is currently seeking the appointment a Club Manager for its newly refurbished Epping club. This 24 Hour gym boasts state of the art facilities and world class equipment in an exciting and fast growing environment. The position reports direct to the Group Support Manager & Owner. It is preferred that the successful candidate will have a strong and proven track record in Sales Management and Customer Service Management. Hitting sales club targets and metrics is key. Previous experience in the sale and retention of health club memberships is not essential however will assist an application. Previous experience in managing or working in a franchise structure will also be viewed favorably. The successful candidates must also possess the relevant skills to enable them to work within financial budgets as well as possess strong communication skills. A passion for the promotion of health and fitness in our communities is essential as well as strong organisational skills and an evident ability to operate a business within its pre-existing systems and structure. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is essential. If you don't like hard work then this position is not for you!
