This exciting position is with a fast-growing organisation in the online wellness space and we're looking for our next sales superstar.

We help women to radically transform their relationship with food, alcohol, procrastination, self-sabotage and any other behaviours that stop them from creating a permanent breakthrough in their health which sees them reaching their true health potential and to feel confident in their bodies and the way they feel inside of them. We focus on creating a lifestyle so that our members not only lose weight, but they keep it off forever.
 
The program is designed for women who:
 

• Feel stuck in the on again off again cycle of dieting and restriction
• May struggle with binge eating, comfort eating, emotional eating, stress eating, overeating, undereating and any other type of disordered eating or drinking
• May have spent the best side of their adult life dieting
• Are sick and tired of overly restrictive diets
• Often have hormonal imbalances or are going through hormonal changes like perimenopause, menopause and feel like this is affecting their metabolism
• Want to see results fast and keep their newly transformed bodies forever
• Want to be a part of a community with other like-minded women all wanting to lose weight, all wanting more energy

• You will be selling our online coaching program to good-quality leads who have been booked into your schedule by our well-trained bookings department. All sales calls will be made over the phone.
• The position requires you to work some evenings and some weekends.
• This is an extremely rewarding role as you will be the first point of contact for our new members in their quest to change their lifestyle.
• Our top sales member earns over $250K per year and our team closes at over 70% of their sales opportunities every week. Our sales training system is world-class. We will provide you with all the training required to complete your role successfully.
• You’ll need great communication skills and a positive attitude. You must be hard-working, coachable, and reliable. We are looking for autonomous workers, not people we need to micromanage.
• This is a commission-only role. We have found that all the best sales people love commission-only as it allows them to make far more money, providing they are good at what they do and work hard. If commission only scares you, it’s likely you’re not the ideal candidate for this role.

• A quiet and private workspace where they can work without disruption
• Exceptional phone manner
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and rapport building skills
• Emotional Intelligence
• Experience using a CRM
• A minimum of 2 years in sales experience
• Be meticulous in tracking data
• A fast laptop and reliable WI-FI connection
• Your own mobile phone with the ability to make unlimited calls.
