Fitness Local is looking to recruit a highly motivated, passionate and driven Sales and Membership Co-Ordinator for its clubs at Mortlake and Panania.
 
About The Role:
 

• Reporting directly to Club Manager
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Ongoing Lead generation and brand promotion.
• Member growth through sales & referrals.
• Upkeep of all administration, daily phone calls & reception duties.
• Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPI's.
• Daily reporting on business development and member growth.
• Assisting with marketing projects.
• Adhoc duties as required.
• Monday - Sunday Roster.

• Proven sales experience working with KPI's.
• Ability to multi task.
• Flexible and willing to learn.
• Enjoys working within a team or autonomously .
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Self motivated with a drive to succeed and lead
• Passion for health and fitness is desirable.
• Holds current drivers licence and owns own vehicle.
• Previous industry experience desirable.
