North Shore Gym is a family- run gym and we pride ourselves on being a friendly and welcoming fitness community. We offer a huge range of equipment, group classes and facilities that appeal to all health and fitness goals.
 
Job Details:
 
We have a casual Reception role available. The right candidate must be available mornings, evenings and some weekends.
 
Daily Tasks:
 

• Meet and greet members by name
• Data entry
• Handle membership inquiries and sales
• Answer phone calls
• Gym tidies and general cleaning

 Individual requirements:
 

• Have a fun, friendly and outgoing personality
• Help maintain a positive and community- based environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Well presented
• Be able to solve problems quickly
• Great time management
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of excel
• Good phone manner
