Part time role with a quick potential for full time role within a fast-growing, family-owned and operated global brand and online B2C business specialising in a broad range of skincare, wellness and Aromatherapy products to luxury destinations in over 25 countries.
 
 
 
We are looking for an upbeat, tech and operational savvy operator for our ecommerce distributing from global locations and warehouses.
 
 
 
You will report into the Operations management team and the Director of Operations with day-to-day operations which include, and not limited to:
 
 
 

• Managing Ecommerce Orders Globally via our Shopify platform
• Liaising those orders with our 3PL and logistics to fulfil
• Managing inventory and stock rotation at various distribution points
• Managing apps and promotions on Shopify
• Performance reporting and data collection of ecommerce sales, conversions etc
• Onboarding and updating products to our online store (Shopify), managing customer enquiries
• Day to day admin duties
• Preparing and reviewing B2B invoicing and shipping documents such as packing lists
• Improving administrative systems and implementing procedures
• Assisting the operations team in managing day-to-day stock flow inc. placing orders, booking couriers
• Email management and B2B Customer Support for certain regions
• Shipping and logistics management with third parties

 
 
This admin focused and organised role requires experience in Shopify, Mac OS, Iwork Numbers, Excel, Word, , Stock Management Systems, Dropbox, Zoom and Apple Mail as well as very strong people skills, high numerical literacy and professional level writing capabilities. Experience in business management will be handy.
 
You will need to be an easy-going, efficient multi-tasker and critical thinker who can move fluidly between ecommerce duties, managing spreadsheets, dealing with customers, providing checks and balances to overall operations.
 
 
 
The following skills could be an advantage:
 

• Experience and connectivity with global logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx etc
• Experience in managing import/ export processes to and from various countries
• Graphic Design skills with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Shopify Apps such as Yotpo
• Experience working with an affiliate program
