BRONTE BEACH KIOSK MANAGER
 
Bronte Surf Club has an exciting opportunity for a hospitality specialist to manage the Bronte Beach Kiosk. This is a permanent position from September 2022 to June 2023.
 
Experience in managing a Kiosk, Canteen or similar food outlet will be essential for this role.
 
The Kiosk opens every day of the week, including all Public Holidays, when the manager will be required to work. Public Holiday pay rates apply to those days. Mid-week working hours are 9am to 5pm with weekends opening around 7.30-8am and closing at 6pm. If a shorter working week is preferred, this role could be shared by two people over the seven-day week.
 
Responsibilities of this role include serving the general public, coffee making, food preparation, cash handling, ordering stock and managing staff on the day.
