Nutrition Systems provides the Australasian market with the most up to date Complementary Medicines, Sports Foods, Nutritional and Dietary Supplements, representing the latest in sports and sports supplement technology.
 
Based in Arndell Park, NSW we are seeking a full-time Customer Service Team Leader to join our small friendly team.
 
About the Role
 
You will be managing a team of 3 employees in the customer service team to ensure KPO’s are being met including managing Key accounts ensuring your team is maximising the accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure customers’ expectations and the level of service is exceptional. To be considered for this role you will have experience in customer service, managing small teams and the ability to demonstrate that your team has shown consistent improvements and growth through your leadership, people management, dispute resolution and implementation of new strategies and procedures to build a good working culture that is result driven.
 
 Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and overseeing all customer related inquiries
  • Conducting team meetings and supporting the team's growth and performance
  • Developing improvements to internal processes and procedures
  • Actively liaising with other departments to achieve optimal business performance
  • Resolve customer complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Managing Inventory and Product Launches for our Ecommerce Stores using Shopify Platform
  • Receipting in Damage Returns and Overseeing Relevant Credits
  • Overseeing all Corporate and Grocery Account Orders & Inquiries
  • Working Closely with our National Sales Team for End of Month Budgets, Pricelist and Monthly Product Special Updates
 
 
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, managing a team
  • Exceptional commitment to teamwork & customer service
  • Be an outstanding communicator, both verbally and written
  • A flexible approach, resolution focused & able to deal with complexity
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and multi-skilling capabilities
  • High level of attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience using Shopify Platform is desired but not essential
  • Successfully complete a Police clearance check
Available to work Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
