Background of the company

Welcome to Live Life Get Active - we are a health promotion charity, committed to transforming the lives of Australians!

Our purpose is to effect behavioural and attitudinal change in the areas of physical, nutritional, mental and social health.  We work in face to face environments and across digital platforms offering both practical and educational assistance. We identify the issues and work to resolve it.

Everything we offer our members is free. We provide daily activity programs like yoga, cross-training and boxing. We create nutrition programs together with practical and educational, wellbeing & mental health content. We provide educational workshops run by clinical psychologists, exercise physiologists and dietitians. Our service offerings are interconnected - all designed to encourage and establish enduring changes.

We work with primary health networks (PHNs), governments, doctors and corporations throughout Australia to develop health & wellbeing programs. Together we create pathways and accessibility to fitness & wellbeing support and reduce social isolation within communities. This is supported by extensive metrics and provision of cost benefit analysis to our partners.

Everything we do is driven by data and social research we conduct with our membership base of over 90,000 Australians. Our aim is to create a fitter, healthier and happier Australia.
