About Us: 
Fusspot Collagen Beauty Tea is an Australian brand that is growing, hence we are looking to add a Sales Agent/Distributor to work part time or casually in the business to help with selling into and securing retail accounts. We are seeking an experienced and proven Agent, Distributor or Brand Rep to join our growing business ( and who loves tea!!!)

There are so many enquiries and so little time - and with a strong National presence with an innovative and unique product and a lot of media interest, we’d love for someone to join us on a casual, part-time or ad-hoc basis.


Fusspot Collagen Beauty Teas are organic teas, infused with hydrolyzed collagen peptides, with 11 blends in loose leaf, biodegradable teabags and powdered tea blends, across herbal, black and green tea varieties and blends.  We have a key focus on providing a healthy, beneficial and easy to drink product for women looking to support their skin, hair, nails, joints and gut health  - with a range of collagen teas that have no artificial sweeteners, fillers, flavours or colours, and are sugar-free, gluten-free and fodmap friendly blends using premium collagen and organic herbs, botanicals, tisanes and teas. We’ve won multiple awards, featured in heaps of magazines and publications like Vogue and Body & Soul, and have a lot of happy customers and a strong social media presence.  We’re proud to be the first and original collagen tea to market, and that we’re female-owned, and Australian Made - born and launched in Melbourne.  
 
About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Agent/Distributor or Brand Rep, with a proven track record in the beauty, health/supplement and/or gift retail industries, to help sell in the range and support the rapid growth of our brand in a territory of your choice ( VIC, NSW, etc). The successful applicant will be responsible for the sell-in, representation, management and growth of existing and future retail customers, maintaining long term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within their territory. This role will primarily be located in either VIC or NSW with additional accounts to be serviced across areas you’re familiar with.

Key tasks include, but not limited to:  

  • Grow the sales of Fusspot Collagen Beauty Tea into new retail accounts and maintain existing accounts as well as identifying new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of accounts ensuring revenue targets are reached and customer relationships are built according to growth plans and KPI’s – which we can set together.
  • Look for new channels such as beauty salons, hair salons, gift stores,  nutrition / health and wellbeing stores, and supplements/vitamin stores as well as other retail accounts that make sense for the brand.
  • Establish strong relationships with store managers and in-store staff to develop Fusspot partnerships and educate them.
  • Jointly develop and implement sales & marketing programs for accounts
  • Contribute towards reporting and planning as required.

To be considered for this fabulous opportunity you should have:
 
  • A proven track record in retail selling
  • A love of chatting to people and building relationships
  • Knowledge of beauty, collagen and/or skincare to some level – more training will be provided on the product benefits
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with retailers and distributors
  • Experience managing and/or planning retail activations in-store when necessary – including negotiating ranging, POS/signage and in-store shelf solutions
  • Demonstrated delivery of financial sales targets, invoicing, ( and could have budget development and tracking, and demand forecasting as a bonus).
  • Effective influencing, negotiating and relationship building skills together with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media and email.
