To be successful with us you will need to demonstrate the following:
 

• Compassion and empathy for others. They are the core attributes of this role, as is the ability to thrive under pressure.
• You are proactive in your patient's health journey and able to build rapport quickly. One of the most important characteristics of the Lucy Rose Clinic is that our patients feel comfortable and supported, and a big part of that is you. Be ready to follow systems and processes.
• Have excellent computer skills and enjoy working with a team, be flexible and organized and able to prioritise a busy workload.
• Problem-solving is one of your special skills, as is adaptability.
• You are able to articulate the patient's health issues, address any objections and concerns and deliver a solution that meets their health needs.
• As we are not covered by Medicare you will need to be able to articulate the benefits of investing in testing and packages that we offer to ensure that our clients are receiving the best options available to them.
• You will need a full naturopathic or medical herbalist qualification and an active professional membership, provider numbers and insurance in Australia to perform both parts of this job.
• Highly regarded attributes:
• Previous sales role or over the counter consulting experience in a health food store or pharmacy
• Prior consulting experience

 
The Role
 
This is an exciting multifaceted role:
 

• Part one- Practising naturopath - work from home (this could come later if still studying)
• Meet and greet clients
• Take on patient cases
• Review pathology
• Deliver solutions
• Write up prescriptions
• Develop treatment plans
• Part Two- Working from our Mascot based, in-house herbal dispensary, mixing and dispatching customer orders, stock management
• Part Three- Customer Service Specialist- Work from home
• Make outbound and inbound calls to patients interested in our service and scheduling appointments for them
• Answer health questions patients may have pre-booking
• Support other team members that require assistance with booking patients
• Respond to emails and text messages
• Follow up with patients to review their treatments
• Follow our operating and business systems

The Lucy Rose Clinic is an integrative health centre that looks specifically at the thyroid and it’s related conditions. The thyroid is both one of the largest root causes of poor health in Australia, with conservative estimates suggesting that up to 40% of women suffer from a poorly functioning thyroid, and also one of the most misdiagnosed. Armed with this information, our founder, Lucy Rose, became passionate about supporting thyroid patients, building up a team of practitioners and doctors that are dedicated to accurately diagnosing and treating thyroid conditions.
 
The driving force behind Lucy Rose is a desire to help; every team member, from the clinic floor to the finance department, is absolutely passionate about helping people. It’s the reason we get up in the morning and brave peak-hour; every one of us is doing something we love.
 
We’ve got a space carved out for someone who is ready to jump in and start working with the best naturopaths and integrative doctors in Australia. We’re looking for someone who is itching to receive world-class training, to get their hands on cutting edge research and our pathology lab, and to start using them! Sound good? Full time role or Part time roles available
 
The right candidate will be trained on all aspects of the role including clinical protocols, our systems and the diagnostics we use.
