The Fresh Collective is looking for experienced Baristas to join the team at the Quay Quarter Tower located at 50 Bridge Street. The venue has high-quality modern design with magnificent views over Sydney. It encompasses a range of meeting rooms, event spaces and lounge across multiple floors. The brand-new corporate venues is open Monday to Friday providing high levels of service, food and beverage to AMP’s staff and visitors.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Make coffee and tea to a high-quality level and appearance
• Continuously deliver informative, professional service
• Take orders and enter in POS
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with guests, supervisors and staff members
• Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming

 
 ABOUT YOU

• Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
• Solid Barista experience including latte art
• Knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
• Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency and ability to work confidently on your own during a busy burst
• A team player who can work independently
• Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Have valid RSA
• Valid full time working rights in Australia
