 Elite Spinal Physiotherapy and Pilates is Sydney’s premiere spine and headache treatment centre.
 
Our business is expanding and will soon include a boutique clinic located in Circular Quay, in addition to our locations in Bondi Junction and South Yarra.
 
We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join us during this exciting time of growth.
 
We are committed to offering world class patient care and our state of the art facilities support our team to offer best practice in hands-on Physiotherapy as well as clinical Pilates programs.
 
Elite Spinal Physiotherapy and Pilates is seeking a full-time receptionist/administrator to join our team.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Provide world class service to our valued clients
• Facilitate the desks at our reception, including welcoming clients and taking payments
• Answer and respond to a high volume of telephone calls and emails
• Book appointments
• General administration to support both patients and team members
• Maintain the presentation of our boutique clinic

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Ability to work under pressure at our busy reception
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Excellence in teamwork
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work with health practice systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous medical experience is highly regarded but not essential
