Anytime Fitness Macquarie Park is now seeking a motivated, enthusiastic person to join our teams as Sales Manager.
 
 
You will have a broad responsibility across all facets of the business working in the office for all aspects of running the gym. You will have Senior Management to provide support to you for the wider elements of running the Club (strategy, marketing, operations) allowing you to focus primarily on sales and day to day facility management.
 
 
 
ABOUT YOU
 
The position requires someone with:
 

• a proven history in a sales and customer support role;
• a personality that thrives in a sales environment;
• ability to muti-task;
• excellent phone manners;
• comfortable working towards set goals and targets;
• proven to be genuinely capable of working autonomously (self motivated);
• competent and savvy around programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook;
• You need to be a high performer and want to make a difference to peoples' lives, health and wellbeing

 
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITES WILL INCLUDE
 

• Lead generation
• Driving sales performance, including managing walk-ins and appointments and processing the joining up process for each new member
• Making external (sales) calls as well as internal (customer support) calls.
• Managing Club based operations and procedures to a high standard (club care program)
• Maintaining accurate customer information on our membership database,
• Performing general administrative duties day to day
