About us
 
Wellness In Motion is a small studio in Lindfield.  We focus on providing an inclusive environment for all, using exercise and joyfully movement for both physical and mental health. We currently provide Exercise Physiology, Personal Training, group classes, Pilates and Yoga.
 
We service a range of clients from the local area and aim to support and enrich our clients' lives with the benefits of exercise.
 
 
Qualifications & experience

• We are seeking a qualified and registered Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist. A recognised degree and Australian registration with an appropriate association are required.
• Understanding of a weight-neutral and biopsychosocial approach to practice.
• Great coaching and customer service skills
• First Aid, working with children check and registration.

• Prescribing exercise and delivering Exercise Physiology services for a range of clients.
• Taking specialist Exercise Physiology small groups for clients with medical conditions.
• Communicating with other allied health and medical professionals to assist our client's health.
