We have a position available for a vibrant, proactive leader with management and sales experience to join our friendly team in transforming lives at Body Shape Female Fitness Centre, Warringah Mall.
 
HOURS
 
25 - 40hrs/Week. A part time or full time position is possible.

Body Shape Warringah Mall has been established for 20 years and is the largest female fitness centre on the Northern Beaches. With passionate personal trainers, specialised weights & equipment, functional fitness training, 70+ group classes, indoor/outdoor crèche, confortable female only environment, Body Shape WM is a state-of-the-art Northern Beaches Female Fitness Centre.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
 
As Assistant Fitness Centre Manager & Sales Manager you will be a crucial member and leader of the reception staff team, coordinate the day-to-day running of the club, including driving and managing club sales, creating an amazing experience for members, administration duties, driving membership sales, involvement in Personal Training sales, management of gym operations along with implementing strategies that increase member retention, the club's profitability and overall performance.
 
An attractive salary package commensurate with experience including bonus incentives, holidays and superannuation will be offered to the right person.
