Our professional services are held at a high standard where coaches are responsible for training sessions, nutrition programming, skin folds and training programming. The Mind Performance Health Facility has high quality, brand new gym equipment and is exclusive to coaching appointments only. Mind Performance Health is not a membership gym, our focus is to deliver the best experience and results for our clients. Our coaches are highly driven, value the pursuit of excellence and are focused to deliver the very best service in the personal training industry.
