Fitness trainer and Nutritionist Ash Lane, who is an evidence-based fat-loss coach, known for her “no-diet diet” has launched her own 12-week programme that helps members build  realistic healthy habits that will help them lose weight in a sustainable way.

Ash spent many years managing in one of the most successful HIIT training gyms in Australia, but she noticed time and time again that herself and her clients constantly repeated the same process over and over.. Losing then regaining the same weight..

This YO-YO rollercoaster (which Ash refers to as being a BUT THEN girl.. AKA - I lost 10kg ‘but then’) finally ended for Ash when she went on a personal development journey to understand the science around why this was constantly happening to her, and so many clients training in her gym..

As crazy as it sounds, we should be achieving our goals and setting new ones, rather than aiming for the same goal over and over.. We call this GROUNDHOG GOAL.

However, it’s not just about fat loss. Ash’s program also helps members feel good about themselves, members have reported feeling more confident, better about themselves and they have improved their relationships with their partners and kids in the process.
