If you’re anything like us, you love hopping into natural skin and body care boutique Bare Body Beauty when you’re in the southern highlands, a haven of natural every day and self-care products. Now, it’s getting even better, with the announcement of blending their two Bowral spaces together to bring you Bare Wellness.

Bare Wellness is set to be your ultimate wellness hub, a space offering coffee, food and products to nourish your body, mind and soul.
 
‘Bare Body Beauty co is now one world across two stores. Our amazing cafe offers Byron Bay coffee, medicinal lattes, healthy soups and GF Vegan treats, as well as wellness products to nourish your body. We are really excited to welcome you all!’
 
Browse the shelves as you chow down on delicious and nutritious vegan and GF daily offerings made using all organic produce, including gut health soups, organic juices and smoothies and low sugar vegan treats, and book in to experience one of their wellness workshops. On the schedule for this season is:
 

• Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Breathwork — An enriching ceremony using premium ceremonial-grade cacao, crafted to open your heart and mind, followed by embodied breathwork to enhance your connection to self and a meditation to guide you into a state of profound peace and clarity.
• Bare Basics Skincare — An educational skincare class for all ages with Bare Body Beauty Founder Donna and resident organic make-up artist Erryn where you’ll gain the knowledge and practical tips to remove harmful chemicals from your beauty routine and build a clean and mindful skincare routine.
• Yin Yoga Relaxation — A candlelit evening classes designed to help you unwind, de-stress, and find inner peace during the shortest days & coldest months of the year.
