BFT Newcastle is launching this Saturday and they will be hosting an open day with three morning workout times for those who want to try it out.

Since being founded in 2017, BFT has sold over 300 franchises across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and USA. The new partnership with Xponential fitness will allow BFT to focus on existing and new markets in Asia Pacific and beyond, while capitalizing on Xponential’s global strength and reach.

Programs Developed by Professional S+C Coach: Programs have been designed by Body Fit Training's Joint CEO Cameron Falloon who had an extensive career as the S+C coach for high profile AFL and soccer teams. He was the PT for the late Princess Diana.

Technology: BFT use science and technology to drive positive outcomes for people at all fitness levels. The technology allows BFT to show high level visual content on multiple digital displays so coaches can spend more time concentrating on members in opposed to showing them how to do an exercise. BFT use superior prescribed heart rate tech to drive members results.
BFT³- Heart rate specific tech: BFT have launched their own bespoke heart rate system which doesn’t just reward high rate rates like normal tech does. This completely bespoke system means members are getting better results by hitting the correct zones. For example, being at a 90-99% heart rate in a strength class will not get you the desired outcome of getting stronger and building muscle, so the technology does not reward members for being in the wrong zone, encouraging members to follow the prescription.Backed by Science: The 50-minute workouts are programmed to help reduce fat and create lean muscle. They are organised in 4-6 week progressive blocks to ensure members can keep improving over time.

Big Names Involved:  Channel 7’s Hamish McLachlan is a silent investor and many major athletes have come on board as franchisees including Essendon AFL star Zach Merrett owns 3 BFT's; Mitch Aubusson from Sydney Roosters owns BFT Ballina and Tim Paine, current Australian cricket captain, has secured the Tasmanian franchise rights to BFT with former Aus cricketer George Bailey and AFL legend Nick Riewold
