100% plant-based dining experience Flave is giving you the chance to munch on mouth-watering plant-based eats like stacked burgers, healthy bowls (think spicy rendang curry or a colourful Middle Eastern bowl), sides like crispy sushi balls or Spicy American cauliflower nibs, and even a cheeky cocktail or two at the Flave x David Jones pop-up. You’ll be able to find the pop-up in the David Jones food hall at Bondi Junction Westfield, so you can do your Christmas shopping and then stop to refuel with a delish, cruelty-free lunch or dinner and experience flavours created by Exec Chef Scott Findlay, ex private Chef to a host of well-known celebs including Paul McCartney, Rihanna and Beyonce who trained under the guidance of Gordon Ramsay. Scott has been perfecting plant based flavours for over a decade which have been injected into Flave’s menu creation of burgers and bowls to ‘set your taste buds alight on a whole new level’. Founded by husband and wife power duo Stuart and Samantha Cook, Flave is on a mission to showcase how good plant-based food can be to help people embrace more of a plant-based lifestyle and support the health of the planet while they’re at it. The pop-up is open daily from 11.30am until the end of January 2023. ___
