If you’ve ever felt let down when trying to find a new bra, you’re not alone, and one bold Aussie brand is doing something about it. Bra shopping has officially changed forever, and honestly, it’s about time.

Nala, the homegrown intimates label known for celebrating every body, has just unveiled the Fit Guide 2.0 - an internet-breaking, censorship-defying, representation-rich revolution in bra shopping.

Featuring over 100 real, unretouched chests of all shapes, sizes, colours, and gender identities (yep, no AI here), the new guide offers a powerful reminder that every body deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated.

It’s part shopping tool, part protest against the digital censorship of natural bodies, and a huge step forward for inclusive, shame-free bra shopping. And while it might be “too real” for some platforms, it’s exactly what the internet (and the intimates industry) needs right now.

Originally launched in 2023 with 30 body-neutral models, the Fit Guide made waves for its ground-breaking approach. Now, version 2.0 takes it to the next level, featuring everything from mastectomy scars and breastfeeding chests to augmented boobs, gender-fluid bodies and beyond.

“Our original Fit Guide was incredible -  but it had one major flaw,” says Nala founder Chloe de Winter. “We had 35 people in the first edition, but it wasn’t enough and it didn’t truly reflect the diversity of our customers. Since launching we have added over the 30 sizes to our range and offer over 80 sizes. We started receiving DMs from customers saying they didn’t feel seen. Every time we got a message like this our heart broke just a little. So, we knew we needed to showcase more bodies and 100 just felt right!”

By completely reimagining what a size guide can be, Nala is helping solve one of the most painful parts of bra shopping: not knowing if something will actually fit your body. Instead of relying on abstract measurements or photoshopped models, shoppers can now browse a diverse library of real humans, find someone who looks like them, and see how the product actually fits on a similar body. With around 80% of people wearing the wrong bra size (no thanks to outdated and confusing sizing tools), Nala’s Fit Guide 2.0 makes finding your perfect fit easier and way more empowering.

“For so many people, bra shopping is the worst. It’s uncomfortable, it’s alienating, and if you’ve never seen your body type reflected in marketing, it can be really deflating,” says Chloe. “With the Fit Guide, we’ve created a space where people feel seen -  and the response has been incredibly emotional. We get messages daily from people saying, ‘I finally feel represented.’ That’s why we do what we do. I’ve never been prouder of anything Nala has done.”

And it’s not just about customers, the experience of participating in the guide has been just as powerful for those who volunteered to be part of it.

"We are by no means perfect, but knowing that we are making a group of people out there feel good about themselves is something really special. And were committed to continuing to do so for as long as Nala exists!"

In a world where social media platforms continue to censor content for simply showing natural bodies, Nala is flipping the script and pushing the industry forward- proving that bra shopping can be body-affirming, not body-shaming.
