Is there anything like the burn from a solid sweat sesh at a reformer Pilates class? We think not! Good news for Sydneysiders who can’t get enough of Pilates, because world-class gym franchise Fitness Playground is bringing even more reformer goodness to Australia’s wellness capital.
 
The fitness giant is set to open a brand-new reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Surry Hills on 16 February. The new boutique studio will deliver high-energy workouts in a modern, chic space featuring polished concrete floors, custom-designed lighting, and best-in-class beds.
 
The studio will offer up four styles of reformer classes, including a Reformer Foundations ideal for beginners, this class will teach you all the basics of reformer Pilates while still offering a solid workout, along with the classic Reformer Signature class, a Reformer HIIT for those really looking to push their boundaries and Reformer Strong for anyone concentrating on building more muscle.
