Ready-to-drink protein shakes are everywhere right now - airport fridges, servo stops, supermarket shelves and gym cafés, but if you’ve ever flipped a bottle around, you’ll know many are packed with gums, stabilisers, artificial sweeteners and added sugars. Now, Northern Beaches-founded supplement brand True Protein is entering the ready-to-drink (RTD) space, and it’s been five years in the making. Launching April 2026, the True All Natural Protein Shake is built around one principle: real ingredients, nothing unnecessary. What Makes True Protein’s Ready-To-Drink Protein Shake Different? According to founder Ben Kiereth, the brand refused to release a product until the technology existed to do it properly. “It took us five years to develop this product,” he explains. “We didn’t want to just put out another RTD. We wanted real milk, ultrafiltered grass-fed dairy, zero artificial additives and nothing that doesn’t belong in your body.” The breakthrough came with advancements in ultrafiltration technology, allowing the protein content of milk to be naturally concentrated without relying on reconstituted powders or added fillers.
