Taking place on 26 – 29 May, the retreat is an opportunity to create more mindful, intentional living learn and establish conscious ritual in our daily lives to help you maintain overall wellness in today’s busy society and live as the best version of yourself.
 
On the retreat, attendees will gain the wisdom of Yoga Vedantic Practitioner Dalia Gencher, Ayurvedic nutritionist Annette Robinson, and Gentle Habits Founder Sophie Marshall at the luxe Casa Mio in Crescent Head. Tend to your well-being with daily morning yoga and meditation, nourishing Ayurvedic meals through the day, wisdom sessions on topics such as manifestation and grounding, and rituals such as tea ceremonies.
